lgoDyne Ethanol Energy Plans Algae-Based Bio-Kerosene Projects in Brazil(C)2007 JeraOne - http://www.jeraone.com

AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Corp. today said that Prof. Hans-Jurgen Franke, the company's CTO, will lead a series of projects in Brazil aimed at establishing "strategic cooperation" in bio-combustible technology.

Prof. Franke will additionally be responsible for establishing a planned nursery of jatropha plants and the development of a pilot plant for ethanol production with algae in 2007.

The company also announced that its branch office, to be located in Aracaju-SE Brazil, will spearhead planned algae-based bio-kerosene projects with airlines, as well as help integrate the company's processes through joint ventures with several of Brazil's states.

"From airlines to industry, Brazil is an example of how the mass consumer market has embraced alternative fuels and energy. It represents for AlgoDyne the opportunity to market and research its products with key global players and then export these technologies, products and knowledge to North America and Europe for market distribution," said Prof. Franke.

"We have access to the technology and the know-how," Franke added. "Ethanol, biodiesel, bio-kerosene are no longer concepts but are proven technologies. Our efforts will be focused on building these products and establishing new market industries around the world, and there is no better place to start than Brazil."

Other Info

AlgoDyne is committed to developing new initiatives in Bio-Fuel by developing and refining inexpensive methods to use cheap and ready available feedstock to produce fuel. Since feedstock inputs can contribute up to 80% of the production of biofuel, keeping the feedstock costs to a minimum is key to making biofuel marketable. We believe in inexpensive feedstocks such as used cooking oil as opposed to traditional sources such as corn.

At AlgoDyne, we focus on both ethanol and biodiesel (see the definitions under our Fuel section). We believe both are important and provide crucial solutions to lessening the world's dependence on non-renewable resources for fuel.

Our first focus is using algae in South America to produce ethanol. Algae has received significant attention lately as a promising source of fuel. Our expert, Prof. Franke is focused on working with our strategic partners, to produce an economical method to grow and process algae into fuel.
